This society is registered under the Society Registration Act 1860 & Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 in the year 1981. The institution has completed 43 years with the full dedication and devotion of Hon'ble members and well-wishers of the society and the Kamptee city citizens. The society is running High School (8th to 10th) class of English & Urdu medium with full grant and Semi English and Junior College Arts, Commerce & Science with no-grant basis.
Through this institution, hundreds of students completed their education and many of them are at a good post in the country and abroad. The society and institution provide fee concession, books, uniforms and other help to the needy and poor students from time to time and trying to provide better education, extra co-curricular activities, and developing them for their bright future.
The institution has been shifted to the new campus (at Kalamna Kamptee Vanjra Road) in the year 2005 on own land area of 16,400 Sq. ft., with the help of members and society well-wishers.
But still, the institution is running in the incomplete building. In spite of insufficient facilities, the institution has achieved excellent results at the S.S.C. Board examination. From the new campus, the result is more than 90%.
At present, the institution is running in 16 rooms but still it needs more rooms, laboratories, library, office room, toilet blocks, furniture, boundary wall, electrification, water facility and also the required infrastructure as per the norms of the Government of Maharashtra.
Now, the society has decided to construct 4 floors (Ground + 3 Floors) building with proper facilities and infrastructure and already prepared the proposed map and estimation of the building. Its approximate expenditure is 3 Crores.
It is therefore our humble request and appeal to you to come forward and help us financially for the development of this institution. Your contribution will help many poor and needy students for their bright future.
It is also our humble request to provide us donation, zakat, sadaqat, lillah, help and support.
Around 90% of the students studying in the school belong to poor and labor-class families. They live in slum areas & huts. Currently, we operate three school buses of our own and run another three on rent. No bus fare is charged from any parent or student. All expenses are borne by the society and the school.
In addition to the free bus service, the society and school provide every student with a stitched school uniform, winter scarf, winter cap, notebooks and textbooks, school bag, shoes, socks, compass box, and board exam materials for Class 10. All this educational material is given to students free of cost every year.
For all students studying at the school, the society and school provide computer education, teaching through projectors, library, laboratory, 28 CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi, sound system in all classrooms, safe drinking water facilities, separate toilets for boys, girls and staff, a kitchen room for teachers to prepare food, utensils, buffet system, sports equipment for cricket and other games, annual sports programs, social and cultural events, participation in school competitions, annual celebrations, prize distribution, etc. all are provided completely free of cost by the society and the school.

Government provides salaries directly to regular teachers and staff via bank transfers. Non-salary grants i.e., for all other school expenses are given once a year and amount to about one lakh rupees. Other than this, no additional funds or grants are provided by the government to the society or school.
The entire expenses for the students’ education including free bus service, uniforms, complete school kits, nutritional meals, school building rent and maintenance, study material, and social-cultural programs are fully borne by the society and the school. The annual cost of all this amounts to ₹35 to ₹36 lakhs. These funds are arranged by the society and school through loans, donations, charity (zakat) and other means.
They have donated 14 desks, 2 tables, 2 chair sets, 1 tin cupboard, 2 ceiling fans, 2 harmoniums, 1 volt set fan, 1 SSC set, 1 other fan, 2 washing fans, 2 blackboards, a file cabinet, and an office furniture set.
We are proud that the students of our school have brought honor to the institution by excelling in academics, sports, cultural programs, social service, debate competitions, science exhibitions, essay writing, drawing, singing, dance and speeches.
From 1979 to 2024–25, many dignitaries such as the Prime Minister, Chief Minister, Governor, Union Ministers, Cabinet Ministers, State Ministers, Members of Parliament, Members of the Legislative Assembly, corporators, and film stars have donated useful items to the school.
The students have been provided with computers, furniture, scientific equipment, books and sports materials.
To transform the school into a high-tech institution, we plan to develop a playground, digital classrooms, smart boards, a science laboratory, a computer lab, a library, modern toilets, an RO water system, a boundary wall, CCTV surveillance and a kitchen setup.
For these developments, a fund of ₹5,00,000 (Five Lakh Rupees) is required.
We are in need of 25,000 square feet of land.
We are trying to obtain this land from NIT Land Corporation, government land, private landowners, or plot holders.
On this land, we aim to construct a school building, primary and high school sections, a pre-primary section, a USA Kids Playground, a football ground, a library and science laboratories for chemistry, physics and biology, as well as digital classrooms.
Our dream is to transform this school into a model and modern educational institution.
The Kamptee Citizens Education and Cultural Society, S.S. Kallan Miyan Ansari High School, and Khudeja Qamar Group of Institutions together provide education from Kindergarten to Postgraduate (K.G. to P.G.) levels.
To serve the weaker sections of society, the institution has established facilities ranging from nursery to college level, with the aim of providing quality education to every segment of society.
We humbly appeal to all respected citizens, educationists, social workers and generous donors to contribute with body, mind and wealth to help fulfill our objectives.
With your valuable cooperation, we will certainly be able to transform this institution into a model educational center.
Thank you.
